[Shortcode/Widget Form] The subscribe form fields rendered by the shortcode do not follow the display order set in Mailchimp. #150

Describe the bug

In v1.7.0, we updated the Form block to allow users to reorder form fields, edit form labels, and much more. However, there is currently no way to reorder form fields for forms rendered via shortcode or widget, and the fields do not follow the display order set in Mailchimp.

This issue has been created to ensure the form fields are rendered in the same order as configured on the Mailchimp side.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Update the form field display order in the Mailchimp list's merge fields.
  2. Add the form shortcode to a page.
  3. Verify that the fields rendered in the form do not match the display order set in Mailchimp.
