Publish statistics MapLibre Native

I want to create a scheduled workflow that periodically publishes up-to-date stats about MapLibre Native usage.

• Pull Android downloads from https://oss.sonatype.org
• Pull iOS downloads from GitHub API
• Generate graph
• Push to repo
