Objective
Add GetProjection Getter - Kotlin SDK.
Description
Add getProjection command.* Target: map.getProjection();* Constraints: getProjection returns MTProjectionType* Task: Add getProjection() command + MTMapView getProjection wrapper.* Acceptance: toJS matches signature; sample call compiles; ktlint MUST pass. tests MUST pass.* Unit test is written for both of these functions
