Nom build does not show everything completed even though nix finished building and nom shows Exited

Not totally sure if this is actually an issue with nom. I noticed that even though the nix build completed successfully and the nom window shows the message "Exited", I don't see the number of builds and downloads to be done reach 0 and a couple other drvs look like they are in a paused state. I looked through the issues, and don't think I saw one that related to this but I might've missed it.

Well, I think I am familiar with this problem. So I thought we have an issue for it.
It is related to #81 and #144 but they are not quite the same.
