Howdy all, I'm developing a course in real analysis in a Marimo notebook here: https://github.com/axiomtutor/acira

I figured you might be interested in adding it to the collection. I'm not exactly sure of the procedure for contributing, but let me know if you have questions.

I'd recommend visiting other issues like (#40, #48) to get a basic idea on how to form an appropriate issue (structure a basic, tentative outline for the notebooks of the course). On visiting the above repo, the notebooks that you already have seem great!

@Haleshot I'm afraid not, I didn't quite realize how structured the Learn thing is. As I write the course, I make decisions about how to structure it. I could probably only give an outline when the project is pretty much done.

Totally get it — and no worries at all! Just to clarify, the structures proposed in the learn repo are pretty flexible — most outlines are tentative and tend to evolve over time too (you can look at other issues). The main goal is to build a helpful educational resource, feel free to keep building at your own pace, and share whenever you feel good about it.

What I think I might do is: I just saw in the Discord chat that there's going to be a linear algebra repo started up. When it gets posted, I might see if I can join in on that and write some smallish portion of the course (a lesson or section, or so). Through the collab, I might get a feel for how things are intended to go and possibly try to import those lessons to my real analysis course.

Sure, no problem! We'll be posting the GitHub issue for the linear algebra course soon, along with a tentative outline (of relevant topics/subtopics). Once it’s up, I’d be happy to connect you with the others involved (small, yet enthusiastic team).

Also, if you have any students or interns who might want to get help/contribute, would be a great chance for them to get familiar with real-world tooling/processes (git, GitHub, coding skills) in an open-source, collaborative project.
