Guidance on migrating from nvim-lspconfig+mason-lspconfig to vim.lsp.config (Nvim 11+)

Nvim 11+ is deprecating/removing the nvim-lspconfig plugin. I currently use Mason, Mason-lspconfig, and Lazy.nvim to manage my LSP setup. However since migrating to using vim.lsp.config, none of my LSPs work. They do not appear to attach to any buffer.

Should I remove mason-lspconfig and follow configuration instructions here to set up LSP with "raw" mason? Or will mason-lspconfig be updated to support vim.lsp.config workflows?

The Lazy.nvim LSP documentation has also not been updated for vim.lsp.config

I was able to get everything working:

1. Updated Mason plugin sources from williamboman/* to mason-org/*
2. Reordered dependency loading nvim-lspconfig -> mason -> mason-lspconfig
3. Removed the cmd parameter for the omnisharp config, for some reason this is not necessary anymore and actually breaks things
4. Updated the root_dir config option
5. Updated everything to use vim.lsp.config.LSP_SERVER =
