Blocked in the UK?

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the massgrave.dev and get.activated.win websites from the UK? I get a timeout error yet works fine through a VPN. Maybe ISPs are blocking it?

No issue here, must be your isp or dns.

It seems some DNS issue on my PC as it works fine on my phone without VPN.

I have investigated further and found that BT may be blacklisting those domains so changing my PC's DNS settings to Cloudflare's solves this.
