Follow request after accept of block causes following and blocking #36675
Description
Steps to reproduce the problem
(in my case:)
- try to import a blocklist, misclick somewhere along the way, accidentally import as following list
- people on list have follow requests on
- accidentally send follow request
- reimport as blocklist, the follow request appears to not be taken back
- people with follow request can still accept
Expected behaviour
follow requests get taken back, block happens successfully.
Actual behaviour
i'm now following them and blocking them at the same time
