This applies to two CSS pseudo-elements:

• https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/::-moz-meter-bar#browser_compatibility
• https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/::-moz-focus-inner#browser_compatibility

Given that the other Firefox-specific CSS pseudo-elements have BCD data, it wouldn't hurt to add this data.

It looks like ::-moz-meter-bar is still supported somehow, but ::-moz-focus-inner appears to have been removed in Firefox 140 (see bug 1965660).

Based on Firefox release source code, ::-moz-meter-bar was introduced in Firefox 16, and ::-moz-focus-inner in Firefox 1.

@safraja Are you interested in opening a PR with this data?

I'm not familiar enough with the code or structure of MDN, and I don't feel like going through it because of this, so probably not.

However, if ::-moz-meter-bar is still supported, does that mean I should report a bug somewhere that it doesn't work? It worked a few versions back, but some time ago it stopped working, even in the MDN demo.
