What type of issue is this?

Incorrect support data (example: BrowserX says "86" but support was added in "40")

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

Since 6d1753c#diff-67975c554d655149810965567a803006b5998a8ecb9be3dddc2c01d0117d600bL319-L326 xywh is supposed to only work on offset-path.

What browsers does this problem apply to, if applicable?

Chromium (Chrome, Edge 79+, Opera, Samsung Internet)

What did you expect to see?

It works fine on clip-path, so it should say it works fine on clip-path.

Did you test this? If so, how?

Weird... seems to only work in the Chromium instance I made it in, let me provide the code so you can paste it in:

https://chromestatus.com/feature/5672616710373376 provides evidence that Chrome 119 started supporting both rect() and xywh() on clip-path.

@KTibow Can you open a PR that adds a { "version_added": "119" } statement in these two places (combine with the existing one in an array): 🙏
