Recipe actions, but not on recipes

Recipe actions are only possible on recipes. I use the one from mealie-bring-api, and it would be great to have it on the shopping list, or on the calendar/menu.

Make actions that can be triggered from the shopping list and the calendar/menu.

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

On the shopping is I think the more important (in my use case, to send all items to bring in one click)
