Users who want AI-powered features (e.g., ingredient recognition, meal suggestions, or tagging) must rely on external APIs, which can compromise privacy and/or require additional setup.

Integrate Docker Model Runner to allow running local AI models via Docker Compose, enabling AI-driven functionality directly within Mealie without ollama dependencies.

Please consider and list out some caveats or tradeoffs made in your design decision

•	Increases local resource usage (CPU/GPU) for model inference
•	Users must maintain Docker and model updates
•	Some models may require substantial disk space
