Accidentally left out the Log Once feature in a previous release

• If you lose data connectivity, uploads will be queued up and resume when you get your connection back (Google Drive, Dropbox, OpenGTS, Custom URL, FTP, Email)
• You can now individually toggle the various upload options

• Switched to using Android Priority Jobqueue and EventBus for more responsive UI
