Configure krew-release-bot to automatically create a PR to the Krew index with the new plugin version on release.

Current Behavior

meshsync snapshot plugin in krew index: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/krew-index/blob/master/plugins/meshsync-snapshot.yaml

Desired Behavior

We would like to auto update version and links to binaries when the new version of plugin is released (this repo).

Implementation

There is a krew-release-bot link, which could be set up to automatically prepare prs to krew index repo, f.e. as in this pr

• release new version v25.43.7 of pv-mounter kubernetes-sigs/krew-index#4981

Set up the bot to publish updates to krew index when release new version of plugin.
