Bulk data documentation on date-ranges #16

Possibly I'm just overlooking it in the documentation, but I can't find anything about what the Bulk data contains.
- The example shows Hourly in the URL - does this mean it's every hour since the station activated?
- Is there a way of selecting a date-range - such as Daily for the year 2020? Or is that too much data to request, at once?
- Any docs showing the ranges, limits, etc? Thanks.
