[Question] Why add `num_frozen_pts` twice in create_instance()?

I want to know why need to add num_frozen_pts twice when construct_pq_datastore and construct_graphstore?
(the num_points has already been added once num_frozen_pts)

I believe this is likely a bug - it is causing the assertion assert(_graph_store->get_total_points() == _max_points + _num_frozen_pts); at the end of search_for_point_and_prune to fail on the latest main if index factory is used to construct the index. Opening a small PR...
