Description of the new feature / enhancement
Please develop a speech-to-text software that converts our conversation into text and allows us to write this text in any box we click on, that works in the browser, and that works in browsers with an extension if necessary. Offer this feature either as a separate application or as a feature of PowerToys. It should be an application that works when the microphone button is pressed. Other applications should not be aware that this application is running. They should think it is being typed with the keyboard. This also ensures security.
Scenario when this would be used?
It can be used in all applications, in all system applications, in any text box. Perhaps a microphone icon appears next to the text box, and when you click on the icon, the microphone works and the software converts the sound into text. Or there could be a microphone icon in a window. This window should be on top of all other windows. Let's press the button with the microphone icon in the window and convert our voice into text.
