Can this currently be integrated into VS2022?

Got this running in VSCode with the one click installer works great! How does one add this into VS2022? Do I have to pull the source and run locally or run in docker? Can I use the same stdio npx commands?

The instructions for VS2022 dont seem to work for me. I can add the .mcp.json file in the solution folder but the ado server there doesn't get recognized by the github copilot extension.

From what I have seen it can take a restart or two of VS for the file to get picked up. And this would be an issue with VS and not the MCP Server. if you continue to get stuck let us know and we can try it again.
