This is a wrapper function for the following API: Dataflows - Get Dataflow <https://learn.microsoft.com/rest/api/power-bi/dataflows/get-dataflow>
Included optional type selection for Power BI and a future Fabric implementation
Added a value error and placeholder for a gen2 type selection
Incorporate try..except logic for Fabric vs. Power BI dataflow detection.
Now includes both gen1 and gen2 dataflows
