Will Teams AI Library use MS Agent SDK which is an evolution of Bot Framework?

I know Teams AI Library is on top of Bot framework 4.0 before, but not sure its recent status and plan. Since MS Agent SDK is in preview, would like to know how this impacts.

As far as I understand, the Microsoft 365 Agent SDK aims to unify the Bot Framework SDK and Teams AI features into a single framework.
