Request publishing a new release version containing autopep8 2.3.1

I suggest the maintainer considering a new release version be published which bundles autopep8 2.3.1, for the following reasons:

• autopep8 2.3.1 contains a fix the prevents autopep8 from generating code working for Python 3.12 but not for Python 3.11- (skip e501 fixed method for f-string line without aggressive option hhatto/autopep8#754).
• vscode-autopep8 uses the bundled autopep8 by default, so users upgrading autopep8 in their environment won't fix the issue.
• It may be not wide known that f-string containing line breaks inside {} can break the code on versions lower than Python 3.12.

As a result, with the extension installed and enabled (for example, "Format on Save"), the user may accidentally produce code that won't run on Python 3.12-.
