Clarify the license please

I was contemplating over bazel-like proto integration into Nix for a while. And when I finally decided to look into it more closely I found your project.

How do you license your code? I'd be willing to use it or contribute if possible.

Hey @koiuo this sounds great! I also worked with Bazel and loved the trivial simplicity of it, that's basically what I'm trying to translate into Nix (for example https://github.com/mlabs-haskell/flake-lang.nix/).

Let me get back to you wrt license, but it should be fine.
