The latest version of vs2022 still cannot compile cppsharp

Similar to the issue described in issue#1940, an error occurred when compiling C++ in the project: static assertion failed: error STL1000: Unexpected compiler version, expected Clang 19.0.0 or newer. However, the reply below that issue supports clang19, which is obviously not supported.

It is recommended to adapt to the latest vs2022 or update directly to vs2026
