When commenting on a document, it would be nice if ctrl+enter would save the comment.

I'm not sure how commenting works presently, so I don't know how this might interact with files.

Right now, I'm adding comments to a PDF that someone shared with me. The process is roughly: 1. highlight text, 2. click comment button, 3. type stuff, 4. click "Add" button. In many other contexts, ctrl+enter has the effect of saving a comment (GitHub comments, Google docs comments, email message composition, etc...); so I was surprised that it did absolutely nothing in this case. Accepting ctrl+enter as an alternative for clicking "Add" would be my expectation.

I didn't know this shortcut.
I made a search about it on Google and it doesn't seem to be a common pattern.
For example, Google Docs documentation doesn't mention it:

Looking for "ctrl+enter submit" in Google gave me more results, mainly from bug trackers where some people are asking for it.
The shortcut doesn't work in Edge but it does in Acrobat.

Anyway, since it doesn't replace a common pattern and could help for the feature adoption, I think we can add it.
