Replace Bitnami Dependencies

As the title says. I think it would be a good idea to get rid of all the bitnami dependencies, because bitnami is essentially useless unless you pay for their "secure images".

Use case

No dependencies that are behind a huge paywall.

Thanks for filing this issue, @jon4hz.

Moving out of Bitnami is indeed the long-term plan.
The replacement is conditioned by the availability of widely used and stable alternative charts.
At least the Valkey official chart is on the road for a v1 stable version.

In any case, as highlighted in the mentioned issue, Bitnami charts are free to use for development and testing purposes.
This aligns perfectly with our current production guidelines regarding these dependencies.
