How can we make our docs better?

A customer complained the following document doesn't keep up with the latest UI.

For example in the steps 1. Generate a GCP Pub/Sub ingest URL.

• There is no "Google Cloud Platform" icon, but "Google Cloud Platform Logs"
• When a user has only one account, there's no way to Select the New Relic account.
