Charset and spam

Hi again!

After @martinheidegger merged #8 I tried to send an email from my Yandex account to spb@nodeschool.io. It was one sentence-long email.

Two things happened:

• email ended up in spam with comment about suspicious nodeschool.io domain, full of unwanted messages
• Yandex sended email as KOI8-R, but somehow, as far as I can see, it was delivered in UTF-8 with header about KOI8-R, so mojibake happened.

Maybe second was caused by mailgun forwarding, but what about first thing?

As additional datapoint, @glukki tried to send one from GMail and it worked out fine, in inbox and with correct charset. Before that I manually clicked not spam button, and GMail probably uses UTF-8 instead of KOI.
