index-get-going-help-pre is missing from Norwegian translation

in nb-no.json the "index-get-going-help-pre" is missing, causing the English translation to appear under the Norwegian translated page. This section is not translated.

I can fix this if wanted.
Also there are other minor fixes on the Norwegian translations that should be done.
