feat: ability to plug-in drizzle studio for other config structures #886

I know that devtools uses the drizzle studio for nuxthub/etc, it would be really cool if we could also launch it for other database configs
🆕 The solution you'd like
- have devtools check for drizzle/kit installation
- harness drizzle.config.ts and run studio
