I am seeing a log of "^" symbols after the file name

I've been using lualine for some weeks now and everything worked perfectly.
Today I recognized that there are a lot of "^" symbols next to the filename:

My configuration looks like this (using Lazy):

return {
	"nvim-lualine/lualine.nvim",
	dependencies = { "nvim-tree/nvim-web-devicons" },
	config = function()
		require("lualine").setup({
			options = {
				theme = "dracula",
			},
		})
	end,
}

This morning I updated all my Lazy dependencies. So could it maybe be a bug "newly" introduced to lualine or is there some config issue on my side?
