WYSIWYG Editor: Missing target option for links

In the current version the target option for links is missing inside of the modal for adding new links. To set a simple taget="_blank" option I have set a link over the modal and have to do it over the option of the created link while hitting two another clicks. Is there a way to include target options inside of the main modal while creating a link?

After inserting the link, you should be able to modify it to change the target to _blank.

This is exacty the issue. Why I can't do that directly in the first modal. This extra step creates two another clicks. Jus another UI/UX fail, which isn't easy to overide with a plugin without to change core-files. Why so complicated?
