Description

• Test normal network signing > 5 peers (start with 12). #244
• Test unstable network with end-to-end.
• Test end-to-end with testnet 5 peers.
• Test dkg > 30 nodes (Retries/Acks needed).
• Test end-to-end after first block is created.
• testing: add test to check chain state is the same after end-to-end runs #240
• bug: nodes rockdb database needs to be restarted for deposit test to work #242
