What is OSCR exactly?

I can't figure out how it is calculated. Is high means good, or lower is better?

We haven't shared the formula publicly since it is subject to change, but takes into account the following

• Quality - code contribution quality is similar to how it is measured in other tools.
• Sway - ability for the contributor to generate and participate in conversations (comments)
• Confidence - Ability to make contributions. This is similar to what is shown on repo pages. Someone's likelihood to commit code to a project they have forked.
• Readabilty - coming soon but a measurement of someone's ability to review code.

That's subjective and "better" is not necessarily the focus. Higher means more activity or recent experience. Lower means little to no activity.
