[chore] Update `SqlProcessor` test cases JSON

When/if https://github.com/open-telemetry/semantic-conventions/pull/2959 is merged, we can remove the SqlProcessorAdditionalTestCases.json file and the test fixup [here](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet-contrib/blob/main/test/OpenTelemetry.Contrib.Shared.Tests/SqlProcessorTestCases.cs#L50-L63).
