Filter out timestamps with no generation data from error calculation #382
Description
Sometimes we receive zeroes if a data generation stream cuts out, and that blows the metric calculations out of proportion. It would be good to be able to filter it out, for example by checking that the generation is > 0 when the sun is above the horizon.
