Open Gapps does not work on Samsung A5108 7.1.1

Open Gapps downloaded from opengapps.org can be installed, but during the first start of the Play Market app is closed and I get a black screen.

how to fix this problem ?

i installed latest build (open_gapps-arm-7.1-pico-20190131) from opengapps.org but after login in playstore or gmail app, my device freezed and stuck on black screen !
how to fix this problem . pls help .
my device is A5108 android 7.1.1 (arm architecture)
