whedon should parse paper hyperlinks

It would be great if whedon could automatically parse all hyperlinks contained in a paper and check if they produce a 404 error.

Perhaps this could be added to @whedon check references rather than creating a separate @whedon check hyperlinks

Also this check should probably be added when @whedon accept is called.
