Reduce meeting to adhoc #46

Description

@Ethan-Arrowood

We've had a few months of little to no attendance and few if any topics to discuss.

As such, I propose we remove the regular monthly meeting and move to an adhoc format for when there is topics to be discussed. Otherwise, we can work asynchronously.

As a highlevel touchpoint on our various workstreams:

  • I'm progressing the runtime-keys work within WinterTC now and it will not have to migrate to this group (will provide more info in the relevant thread).

  • I believe devEngines is gaining adoption slowly and I'm keeping an eye on that. It has been added to npm, pnpm, and corepack from what I can tell. I'm starting to use it personally in new projects.

  • I'd love to get more progress done on specifying package.json but am in no exact rush to do that. I think the latest discussion on that is Node.js and npm are defacto standards. Alternative runtimes and package managers need to meet at least feature parity with those in order to reach adoption within the wider community. Many tools are doing exactly that today.
