Can't add subnets

Hello,

I have upgraded my ONA server from v13 to v19.0.2 and now I can't add subnets. It always returns this error :

I have checked some points :

• It works when I am using the default ONA database (called ona_default) and I have performed the upgrade for my database.

I guess it refers to this issue : #99
It may not have been solved.

Any idea about this ?

I think this is related to issue #104 which I just resolved. Give that a try and see.
