Compatibility with mkdocs-nav-weight #24
Description
Is mkdocs-section-index supposed to be compatible with mkdocs-nav-weight? When I use them together, and I specify a weight in the metadata of the index.md file (which is a section page), it does not seem to set the weight of the section page. In other words, I can't find a way to organize sections relative to one another when using mkdocs-nav-weight with mkdocs-section-index.
