• "Size" is a Github Project column that Engineer Manager uses, mainly for issues that are queued for a sprint

• Goal: sprint scopes that are achievable == prioritize and scope down to only essential

Our planning parameter is for a single engineer to handle in 1 sprint:

• 1 "Large" epic
• 2 "Medium" epics
• 3-4 "Small" epics
• Any number of linked issues that are part of larger epics

Out-of-scope

PMs should focus on using the "Priority" column, instead of size:

• Organize backlog by importance
• Sizing should be left to Engineering Manager
