Associate & Display Image & Object Storage Against Primary Contact (PI) of a Project #89
Description
In the Billing UI, the Image & Object Storage costs are displayed on a project level, because they are associated/charged that way in the backend.
However for users this can be fairly confusing. Image and Object storage costs appear on a separate line from CPU and Volume costs, and it is hard to understand how those 4 costs correlate.
Since each project is associated to a single primary contact / PI, we should display the project-level Image & Object costs against that user. This will make everything show up on one line and not have information broken up across rows.
