Convert the existing logic from Java to TypeScript.
Details
- Ensure the core functionality and business logic remain consistent and accurately reflected.
- Enhance and update the documentation, including README files, to clearly explain the new implementation and usage details.
- Modify and optimize CI/CD configuration files, such as the Jenkinsfile pipeline to test the code, build Docker images, and publish Node modules
- Modify Docker Compose file to facilitate local dev testing.
