Hide cursors of other peers when they're offline #144
Description
It's weird to have cursors in the document when the corresponding peers are not able to type at the moment (because they're not connected). Most likely when they connect they're going to be in a different place anyway with their cursor. Therefore, we should show the cursor only for currently online peers.
