Suggest intermediate steps in chapter 33 #285

In chapter 33, topic related to Git Worktrees & Parallel Specifications, I suggest to add some intermediate steps between step 3 and step4 to make work trees aware of the changes made in sp.specify in project root, so that updated /sp.specify command is used across all work trees
