[!SUGGESTION] Enhanced ability / prompting to pick "deep research" as a query

Thank you for the amazing development so far. This is one of my favorite MCPs. I might try to implement this in a fork, but I hope you beat me to it.

I think the MCP server should ask the user what type of research query it wants before calling one or multiple standard research queries. Sometimes, I want the MCP to investigate one longer prompt, or simply give me a deep look in to the best practices for using and implementing a technology or API...

There should be a clear way to send your questions or entire prompt (sometimes it makes it in to multiple little prompts and multiple MCP calls) directly to deep research if not specified.

Additionally, I think it would be nice to use "pro" model as our default unless otherwise specified (if not being done already). The outputs are way better.
