Data path changed during initial app update

Behaviour

The app version bundled in the 7z puts its app data into the current folder like normal, but as soon as it runs Discord's update installer it starts writing into the Appdata discord folder. This causes different portapps Discord folders on the same computer to be forced to use the same Appdata folder, making it impossible to isolate Discord users from each other.

Steps to reproduce this issue

1. Unzip a 7z release of Discord Portable
2. Run discord-portable.exe
3. Some data placed in local data folder
4. Discord updates itself
5. Data placed into Appdata folder

Expected behaviour

Appdata folder should never be used with portapps

Actual behaviour

Appdata folder is used
