Describe the bug

Can't establish connection with Prime when trying to connect to any prime site (primevue v3 v4, primeflex, prime) from Russia.
Infinite request pending ending with timeout.

Connect to russian server via VPN or try to open web page from Russia

downdetector shows that the connenction can be established though it is quite slow (from Kazakhstan as well)

They are behind Cloudflare, maybe Cloudflare has / had problems in russia. It is also possible that your government started to block cloudflare services on purpose, iirc the russian government also blocks / slows down other western stuff like youtube and whatsapp.

Oh, i didn't know that the servers are Cloudflare related. I've just found out that our government tried to block cloudflare several days ago, so that must be it.
