2.Zoom the page to see the problem

Under normal circumstances, the icon position of the button will not change

I can't reproduce this in Firefox or Edge, must be either a Chrome specific bug (bit weird since Edge is also Chromium based) or something related to a plugin you are using. Does the same happen for you in incognito mode? (this should disable all plugins)

We've seen similar issues in our use case - PrimeVue Icons, since Chrome 122 released (Not Firefox or Safari), are either not appearing or appearing really weirdly. We were able to track it down to the css rule;

.pi:before { --webkit-backface-visibility: hidden; backface-visibility: hidden; }

and overriding this with "unset" or "visible" fixes the problem. Why 3d transformation visibility settings fix it, however, is a total mystery.

Also FYI, there's a Chromium bug open at https://issues.chromium.org/issues/455884493 that they've acknowledged so maybe no further action is needed here.

I tried to test on multiple computers and found that the problem only occurs in the 142.xx version of Chrome，Maybe it's a Chromium bug.

We are also experiencing this issue (not only with icons inside buttons, but also in tabs, etc.) with Chromium 142.x. Brave v1.84.132 (Oct 29, 2025) ships with Chromium 142.0.7444.60, which causes the rendering problems. It definitely looks like a Chromium bug.
Using backface-visibility: unset as suggested by @AHRoche-Refined works as a temporary workaround for us as well. Let's hope the fix lands in Chromium soon.
