Complete docs

Currently, the docs are quite incomplete: https://mesa.readthedocs.io/

Complete the docs with:

• A Getting started page (like this)
• An feature overview (like this)
• A (small) tutorial (like this)
• API documentation
• Examples

I believe the API documentation and Examples are already present but just not included in Readthedocs right now.

For the examples and the API, I think we need a index.md to include it in Readthedocs. Something like this:

Create docs/examples/index.md (or docs/examples.md if you prefer a single page). Example using a folder:

# Examples

```{toctree}
:maxdepth: 1
:glob:

*
```

If you plan multiple example pages, put them as docs/examples/foo.md, docs/examples/bar.md, etc.

Then, edit docs/index.md and add Examples <examples> just like Mesa does:

---
maxdepth: 2
hidden: true
---
Introduction <self>
API Documentation <apis/api_main>
Examples <examples>
```

And then the same for API.
